Eligibility

You can return item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. We can not offer you a refund or exchange outside of 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Additional Charges (if applicable)

Once we shipped out your order(s), we are unable to offer a reroute and we cannot issue a refund while the package is in transit. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. 

Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped. Orders that are unclaimed after holding period and returned to us will be deducted a $7.99 restocking fee if they are requested to be refunded.

Refund

Once your return is received, we will send you a notification email to you. We will also notify you once your refund is approved. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds may only be issued to the credit or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.  

Processing Time

It will take 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your refund once we receive it. The transaction process may take another 3-7 business days depending on the credit card company you are using. 

Late Refund (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after receiving the refund confirmation email, first check your bank account again. Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you still haven't received the refund after doing these, please contact us at support@shopmoenn.com. 

Exchange (if applicable)

We do not offer direct exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, send a photo of the damaged part or the wrong item you received with your order number. After we have verified your claim, our staff will send you a replacement for free. 

Shipping

To return your product, please mail your product to #134-Floor 18450 Southwest Marine Drive, Marine Gateway, Vancouver, BC V5X 4V2.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and any duties or fees are not refundable. 

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
